36 - Miracle During Yagya

Bapashri had invited the saints from Ahmedabad. The saints arrived.

Bapashri proposed, ‘Saints, I would like to perform a Yagya.’ Saints welcomed the idea, ‘Bapa, it is a very good idea.’ Bapashri requested, ‘Please, tell me an auspicious day. So that, we can begin the preparations.’

Bapashri went to the orchard. A Haribhakta was sitting there. He asked Ishwarcharandasji Swami, ‘Swami, why does Bapa perform Yagya frequently? Why does he gather so many people?’

Swami explained, ‘Maharaj has sent Bapashri to liberate a lot of living beings. When Bapashri performs Yagya, a lot of Haribhaktas visit the ceremony. Bapashri blesses them willingly to attain the bliss of Maharaj. Thus, a lot of living beings could be liberated simultaneously.’

Haribhakta was convinced, ‘Swami, Now I knew why Bapa performs Yagya frequently,’ said he. Swami fixed an auspicious day and informed Bapashri. Bapashri gathered required materials.

He instructed the volunteers to offer their services. Volunteers happily performed various tasks. Some of them were cleaning, some of them were cooking. A few were preparing ‘Sheera’ and few were preparing ‘Sukhdi’. A few volunteers were filtering Ghee.

The volunteers who were preparing sweets were shouting, ‘Please, bring ghee quickly. Hurry up.’ The volunteers handed over filtered Ghee.

A volunteer named Ratna said, ‘Almost all the containers of Ghee are emptied.’ Shamji agreed, ‘Yes and they need more Ghee.’ Ratna was doubtful, ‘I feel that we would be short of Ghee.’

Teja was also tense, ‘Now we can not get Ghee anywhere.’ They were worried. Damji said, ‘If Ghee is over, we cannot prepare sweets.’ Then what could we offer as Prasadam?’

They were thinking. The volunteers who were preparing ‘Sheera’ came and asked for Ghee. They gave them Ghee. Ratna suggested, ‘Now only few containers are left. Let us inform Bapa.’

Shamji went running to Bapashri. Bapashri inquired, ‘What is the matter, Shamji. Why have you come running?’

Shamji informed, ‘Bapa, we are filtering Ghee.’ Bapashri couldn’t follow, ‘Yes very good! But why have you come here?’ Shamji explained, ‘Bapa, the containers of Ghee are all empty. Perhaps we would be short of Ghee.’

Bapashri asked, ‘Really! Let us go and check up.’ Bapashri entered the room where ghee was kept. Ratna joined him, ‘Bapa, it seems we may be short of ghee.’ Bapa asked, ‘Where are the containers?’

Bhimji showed him, ‘Bapa, here are the empty containers and these are the containers with Ghee.’

Bapashri was carrying a stick. He checked a container by knocking the stick on it and asked, ‘Is this empty?’ He knocked the stick on another container and asked, ‘Is this empty? I don’t think so!’

Thus, he checked several containers. And said, ‘These are all filled up with Ghee. You are worrying without any reason.’ Ratna tried to explain, ‘Bapa, they are not full of Ghee. We have arranged empty containers that side.’

Bapashri said mischiviously, ‘Why don’t you check up first?’ Ratna went there and checked up and cried out, ‘Aare! How is it possible?’ Then he opened all the containers one by one. He was astonished.

He informed, ‘The containers which were knocked by Bapashri are all refilled. Bapa, how did you perform the miracle?’ Bapashri uttered, ‘This is Yagya of Shreeji Maharaj. Maharaj would see that we are not short of any materials.

Bapashri went back. As soon as, Bapashri left Khimji, Shamji etc. all the volunteers checked up the containers. The containers were full of Ghee. It was a pleasant surprise.

Ratna said happily, ‘Bapa has filled up empty containers. Now nothing to worry about. Now we are not going to be short of ghee. Let them take as much they want.’

After witnessing the miracle, all the volunteers worked with zest and zeal.

At the end, if the Murti could not be recollected at that time if celebrations and the Darshan of saints are remembred, Simultaniously the Murti also could be recollected. - Through prowess of Bapashri, they never experienced any obstacles while performing Yagyas.
